Microsoft received so much great press for their new Windows Live Writer tool, the team has decided to fork the code and begin dead-velopment on Windows Dead Writer - which will be aimed squarely at the highly-valued deceased blogger demographic. Revolutionary new features include:
WYSIWYD Authoring: “What You Said Is Why You Died” is a lesser-known acronym, but with it, you can now author your post and know exactly how it will NOT get picked up by anybody else in the blogosphere.
Six Feet Under Experience: Dead Writer knows the styles of your blog such as decapitated headings, lack of skin colors, casket margins, and eulogy quotes.
Grave Publishing: Dead Writer makes inserting, customizing, and uploading gravesites to your blog a snap. You can insert a pinebox into your post by browsing decayed thumbnails through the “Insert Gravesite�? dialog or by copying and pasting from a gravestone. Powered by Windows Dead Local.
Death SDK: Already thinking of other cool stuff you want to insert into your casket? Good! The Windows Dead Writer SDK allows dead-velopers to extend the capabilities of Dead Writer to publish additional lack-of-content types.
