AJAX Makes Everything Better

We’ve been working very hard to deliver Comic 2.0 to the bLaugh community. This includes adding special new features which will undoubtedly enhance your experience. New technology like BLEACH and SWIFFER have enabled us to monetize this new vertical market. Other comics will look dull comapred to ours, which has already entered Lambda stages of development.

Our executive team has been invited to present our business plan to infesters at the upcoming DEMOlish conference. This will give us much-needed exposure and bring even more credibility to our efforts. We’ll be rolling out our social laughworking features there, enabling comic strip characters to find other comic strip characters with ease.

bLaugh has quickly become media darlings, too. Mike Arrington said that bLaugh is… “a comic.” Dave Winer noted that we are… “please don’t quote me.” And Steve Rubel claims that bLaugh completely changed his… “I don’t get it?”

  • Hehe, good one again :D

But seriously, AJAX actually is cool enough i think...
  • B2C
    Ah, Ajax.
  • funny ass hell.
  • Back in the mid-90s, there was similar mirth when Lotus (prior to being part of IBM) released a competitor standard to Microsoft's MAPI.

They called this standard Vendor Indpendant Messaging, or VIM.

"Vim" was, at the time, a UK cleaning product that was pretty much a head-on competitor with "Ajax". Indeed, at the time, UK anti-MS types used to refer to the MAPI standard as "AJAX", because it wasn't quite as good as Vim!

Big software developers - nothing new under the Sun, eh :-)
  • So...bLaugh is going web2.0? :)
  • Yeah! Finally, we got an AJAX magic powder to do the work.
