ASAP Rocky’s mother was originally from South Africa, and his father, Adrian, from Barbados. He was raised in a low-income household, with Renna working at the post office and Adrian in law enforcement.

As with most superstars, ASAP Rocky has been involved in several controversies. One of the more recent controversies was that he cheated on Rihanna with Jordanian-Romanian fashion designer Amina Muaddi. However, Amina was quick to shut down these rumors on an Instagram post. Outside of cheating allegations, ASAP Rocky has been involved in several legal troubles.
